One original of the entire grant application should be submitted by mail to:

A single, electronic file in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format should be submitted from the NPF website at www.pancreasfoundation.org/submitgrant.  An application format must be followed.  For instructions, click here.

Upload Grant Application
You must upload your grant application as a single file in Microsoft Word or
Adobe PDF file format. The file must be under 1 megabyte (1024KB). Click the
Browse button to select the application from your computer and then click the
Submit button below.

Notification The notification of the decision of the Board of Directors regarding funding will be mailed to the applicant and the Institutional Representative after the Board meets, usually in April.

We usually begin accepting grant applications in November or December of each year. Please return at a later date to obtain the 2011 application form.
