There are currently over 170 NPF Centers of Excellence throughout the United States.

Animated Pancreas Patient
An online National Pancreas Foundation resource to improve your quality of life and health outcomes. You will find expert advice about pancreatic disease featuring easy-to-understand animations with audio narration, resources and downloads to help you discuss key issues with your health care provider and make important decisions related to management and treatment.

Nutrition & Cookbook
The NPF has produced two printed cookbooks to support those affected by pancreas disease – Healthy Family Recipes for Pancreas Disease and more recently, The Pancreas-Friendly Kitchen. Our second cookbook, The Pancreas-Friendly Kitchen, was created in partnership with Nestlé Health Science, the acclaimed cookbook author, Sally Sampson, medical experts, and a patient advisor to curate a collection of recipes mindful of the challenges associated with pancreas-related illnesses.

Caregivers
Caregiving responsibilities will touch almost all of us at some point in our lives. With an aging population and with many caring for ill and disabled children and young adults, an increasing number of people are family caregivers. Giving care and support during this time can be a challenge.
Camp Hope
The National Pancreas Foundation and Rebecca’s Wish created Camp Hope, a pediatric pancreatitis summer camp so children and young people suffering from pancreatitis, or post-TPIAT, can experience all the joys of camp without limitations in a fun and safe setting that includes camp activities such as swimming, games, crafts, and more.

Education Events
As a part of fulfilling its mission to provide support and education for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, The National Pancreas Foundation hosts regular education events on varying topics for pancreas disease. Our virtual educational events feature industry-leading experts and professionals working within various areas of chronic disease including patient advocates.
Clinical Trial Resource Center
Clinical trials offer a look at future treatments. They determine whether a new and potentially better treatment is safe and effective in humans. Clinical trials may provide opportunities for you to receive a promising drug or treatment. Our resource center explains clinical trials, and offers a resource center and current clinical trials.

PFDD Voice of The Patient
The National Pancreas Foundation, the only foundation dedicated to patients who are suffering from all forms of pancreas disease, held its first-ever, EL-PFDD meeting on pancreatitis in 2020, in Silver Spring, MD. The meeting was dedicated to the pancreatitis community and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Inspire Online Patient Support
The National Pancreas Foundation Pancreatitis Support Community connects patients, families, friends and caregivers for support and inspiration. This community is sponsored by the National Pancreas Foundation, an Inspire trusted partner and offers a place where pancreatitis patients and caregivers can ask questions and share support and information with each other.
